OBI will be removing existing temporary PT steps off the back of the house and building an Azek deck w/ lighting kits.

Otterbeck Builders will be fully enclosing an open porch with a 4 panel slider door and bi-fold collapsible door by Marvin. There will be cultured stone added to the existing house walls and LVP flooring. There will be an Azek deck built off the the back of the house which will have black handrails and a deck board as a drink cap; as well as; adding some accent riser lights.

Otterbeck Builders will be removing existing 2nd story wood deck and repalcing it with a new deck frame, new Azek decking, vinyl railing w/drink cap and a zip-up under deck ceiling system.

Otterbeck Builders will be temporarily supporting the roof, demo'ing the existing failing front porch. New techno post will be installed, along with new PT framing, capped with Azek decking & white pvc fascia boards. There will be new 5x5 structural white vinyl columns installed.

Otterbeck Builders will be demo'ing an existing master suite addition to make room for an apartment addition on the side/rear of the existing house. The new addition will have vaulted ceilings, herringbone hardwood & tile flooring, gas fireplaces. There will also be a full kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom and office/studio. There will be an Azek deck built off the back of the addition to access the back yard. 

Otterbeck Builders will be removing existing temporary stairs off existing house sunroom and building new Azek deck with brown Azek handrails, round aluminum balusters, two gates, and cribbing base for a new hot tub. We also added new gutters to existing sunroom and relocated some downspouts out of the new deck footprint.

Otterbeck Builders will be using existing roof structure and deck framing to enclose with new walls, vinyl windows and fiberglass door. Otterbeck Builders will be installing new metal roofing, composite siding, aluminum fascia and vinyl soffit. Otterbeck Builders will also be framing a new landing and stairs and installing new composite decking and fascia with new vinyl handrails and posts. Interior work will include new roughing in of electrical outlets, switches and wiring, drywalling taped and sanded.

Otterbeck Builders will be building an Azek deck that includes and octagon seating area, clipped corner stairs, and accent lighting. There will also be a sunroom built on top of the new Azek deck; which will include Pella patio doors & windows, cement siding/trims, mini-split hvac system, spray foam insulation, and a heated tile floor.

Otterbeck Builders will be demo'ing an existing front porch which is starting to pull away from the house because, of the lack of foundation/support. We will be temporarily supporting the second floor/roof with bracing, excavating for a new block foundation and re-building a new front porch to replicate the existing. The homeowners will be finishing the interior of the space on their own and we are just installing builder grade white vinyl siding for now until the house get new siding and windows installed down the road.

Otterbeck Builders will be removing existing landing with steps. Otterbeck Builders will be building new pressure treated porch with new technos, framings, shingles, pressure treated decking and rails.

Otterbeck Builders will be removing existing pre-fab sunroom and step land off the back of the house. We will be building a new 12'x16' sunroom addition with new electrical, spray foam and tile flooring. There will be a new Azek deck built as well which will have all cable railings, drink cap and seating at a bar height countertop. Some of the existing house windows will be replaced with new black vinyl patio doors, as well as, new back vinyl patio doors & windows in the sunroom.

Otterbeck Builders will be removing existing gutters, existing siding, existing flat front entry roof with railings and columns. Otterbeck Builders will be framing a new front entry roof, new soffit, new fascia, new vinyl columns and railings, re-installing existing siding and shutters.

Otterbeck Builders will be removing existing pressure treated with with handrails and stairs along with existing footings. Otterbeck Builders will be framing a new deck ontop of new Techno Posts with new sets of stairs, new AZEK decking and fascia boards with new aluminum railings and balusters.

Otterbeck Builders will be removing existing pressure treated decking, railing, and framing. Otterbeck will be installing new techno posts for new deck frame, installing new pressure treated decking, new pressure treated handrails and a new concrete pad.
