Brunner - Enclosed Porch-Finished
Otterbeck Builders will be using existing roof structure and deck framing to enclose with new walls, vinyl windows and fiberglass door. Otterbeck Builders will be installing new metal roofing, composite siding, aluminum fascia and vinyl soffit. Otterbeck Builders will also be framing a new landing and stairs and installing new composite decking and fascia with new vinyl handrails and posts. Interior work will include new roughing in of electrical outlets, switches and wiring, drywalling taped and sanded.
