Cornell - Foundation Wall Repair -COMPLETE!
With removing the old block wall the upstairs living space needs to be supported with temporary 2x6 framing. The section of block wall which is being replaced, has been pushed inward due to the constant freezing/thawing effect over many years. With replacing the existing block wall, the new block wall with be thoroughly reinforced with rebar and a parging/tarring coating applied to the exterior of the wall to prevent future water infiltration. There will also be (2) vinyl basement sliding windows and a new steel entry door with PVC frame installed.

The guys were GREAT! They went above and beyond to help me and answer my questions. Your electrician and painters were also really good and I would use them all again on other projects.
