Deitz Master Bedroom Addition-Finished
Otterbeck Builders will be removing existing siding, shingles for new roof overframe, sheetrock, flooring, trim, and insulation. Will be removing a bearing wall and installing a new header in its place in the ceiling. Otterbeck Builders will have new techno posts installed, new floor, wall, and roof framing for the new addition. On the outside, will be installing new vinyl siding, new vinyl windows, new exterior door, new PT landing with PT vertical lattice skirting. On the inside, new furring of the walls to match new framing, new insulation, new sheetrock walls and ceiling, paint, flooring, base and shoe mould.
