Eveleth - Interior Reno, Two Bedroom Suites - Finished
Otterbeck Builders is remodeling one half of the existing house and creating two bedroom suites. One will be a master bedroom with a walk in closet/built-ins.. In the bathroom there will be a heated tile floor that transitions to a curb less style shower stall with a granite accent wall. There will be double vanities with vessel sinks, storage pantry's on each side, lighted medicine cabinets. In the second guest suite there will be a tile main floor with a curb less tile shower stall. There will also be sand and finish hardwood flooring install in the main rooms.
