Otterbeck Builders will be removing all existing plumbing fixtures, flooring, base trim. Otterbeck Builders will be re-roughing existing plumbing, update electrical, patch and paint sheetrock, new tile bathroom bathroom floor with DITRA heating system, new plumbing fixtures, new no curb tile shower, and new paint with trim.
