Ross Basement Remodel-Finished
Otterbeck Builders will be framing new walls, installing new rockwool insulation in the ceiling, installing sheetrock on the walls and ceiling along with ceiling tile. Otterbeck will be roughing in for a new stairwell and adding stair case with handrails, new base, shoe, interior doors, one patio slider door, new door trim, and new window trim. Otterbeck Builders will be installing new schluter underlayment with heating wire in the basement bathroom floor and putting down ceramic tile.
