Otterbeck Builders will be demo'ing half of the first floor for a full bathroom relocation and kitchen update. The second floor will have a full bathroom remodel and kitchen update.

Otterbeck Builders will be fully enclosing an open porch with a 4 panel slider door and bi-fold collapsible door by Marvin. There will be cultured stone added to the existing house walls and LVP flooring. There will be an Azek deck built off the the back of the house which will have black handrails and a deck board as a drink cap; as well as; adding some accent riser lights.

Otterbeck Builders will be removing existing 2nd story wood deck and repalcing it with a new deck frame, new Azek decking, vinyl railing w/drink cap and a zip-up under deck ceiling system.

Otterbeck Builders will be removing existing gutters and downspouts, existing wooden siding, existing soffit panels and aluminum fascia, windows and exterior doors. Otterbeck Builders will be installing new waterproofing, windows, exterior doors, vinyl Certainteed siding, new outdoor lighting, aluminum fascia and vinyl soffit panels

Otterbeck Builders will be remodeling/updating 2 bathrooms within the home. First bathroom will be a hallway guest bathroom update. New tile flooring, new tub with onyx panel surround, vanity and top with a fresh coat of paint. The master bathroom will be a partial gut down to the studs to make a new tile shower space where an existing soaker tub was. New tile floor, vanities/storage tower and granite countertops.

Otterbeck Builders will be demo'ing the existing bathroom down to the studs. Re-roughing, electrical, plumbing and adding a linen closet to the space. There will be tile halfways, tile above the tub area and tile on the floor.

Otterbeck Builders will be demo'ing an existing master suite addition to make room for an apartment addition on the side/rear of the existing house. The new addition will have vaulted ceilings, herringbone hardwood & tile flooring, gas fireplaces. There will also be a full kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom and office/studio. There will be an Azek deck built off the back of the addition to access the back yard.
