Otterbeck Builders will be demo'ing half of the first floor for a full bathroom relocation and kitchen update. The second floor will have a full bathroom remodel and kitchen update.

Otterbeck Builders will be gutting existing kitchen down to studs and subfloor. The kitchen renovation will include new tile flooring, new cabinets, countertop, tile backsplash, new trim and a fresh coat of paint

Otterbeck Builders will be gutting existing kitchen down to studs and subfloor. Otterbeck will be framing in an old exterior porch to make part of new kitchen, including new insulation, sheetrock, paint, flooring and trim. Otterbeck Builders will also be installing new cabinets, countertop, tile backsplash, a new vinyl window over the sink and a new vinyl sliding door.

Otterbeck Builders will be demo'ing an existing master suite addition to make room for an apartment addition on the side/rear of the existing house. The new addition will have vaulted ceilings, herringbone hardwood & tile flooring, gas fireplaces. There will also be a full kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom and office/studio. There will be an Azek deck built off the back of the addition to access the back yard. 

Otterbeck Builders will be gutting existing kitchen space down to studs, roughing new locations for sink and dishwasher, updating electrical, installing new insulation, new drywall, painting, cabinets with countertops. Otterbeck Builders will also be installing new windows, new exterior storm door and fiberglass entry door, new tile backsplash and interior trim work.

Otterbeck Builders will be removing existing cabinets, countertop, backsplash, drywall, and flooring. The crew will also be removing the subfloor to allow for access to the crawlspace for our utility rough-ins. We will be installing new drywall, fresh coat of paint on walls and ceiling and installing out cabinetry on new sand/finish oak flooring.

Otterbeck Builders will be using new spray foam insulation for the floor with kraftback for walls and ceiling. Otterbeck Builders will be installing new sheetrock, siding, interior trim, interior doors, exterior door with windows, kitchen cabinets, and flooring

Otterbeck Builders will be demo'ing the kitchen, dining room and front living room. The kitchen will be expanded and the current living room will be converted into the new dining room with coffered ceilings and wainscoting wall trim paneling. The new kitchen will be all re-vamped moving existing utilities into new locations and adding a slider patio door and two windows, one on each side of the range hood. There will be two seating islands with prep sinks, a mini fridge in a coffee bar, hutch decorative area and pantry cabinets for additional storage. The new spaces will have all new mechanicals, insulation, drywall and fresh coat of paint with new pre-finished hardwood floors throughout.

Otterbeck Builders will be removing existing cabinetry, countertops, sheetrock and saving existing appliances. Otterbeck Builders will be installing new cabinetry, new flooring, new trim, and new backsplash tile

Otterbeck Builders will be framing temporary walls and installing new steel beam header for bearing roof load. Otterbeck Builders will be installing a new kitchen window, patching siding, new sheetrock, taping, painting, kitchen cabinets, flooring, trim, and tile backsplash along with new countertops and appliances.

Otterbeck Builders will be gutting existing space down to studs, update plumbing, heating, and electrical. Otterbeck Builders will be framing new interior partition walls with load bearing steel beam, installing all new windows in the existing space with new fiberglass exterior door. Otterbeck Builders will be doing new spray foam insulation in the exterior walls and ceiling, installing new drywall, new painting, new floors and new trim. Otterbeck Builders will be finishing two separate bathrooms and a new kitchen.

Otterbeck Builders will be enclosing two existing exterior covered patio porches. One of the new rooms will become a studio office with lots of natural light by using Pella Windows and the other room will become the new mudroom entryway with a utility sink, coat closet, bench seat incorporated into some cabinetry; all ontop of a new tile floor. On the interior of the home, we will be removing a divider wall between an existing kitchen and dining room, to be able to completely remodel both spaces. All of the utilities in the kitchen will be re-located, including the sink, dishwasher, gas range and fridge to make room for a more open layout and adding an island in the middle. All of the existing hardwood flooring will be saved and refinished in place.

Otterbeck Builders will be removing existing cabinets, countertop, backsplash, drywall, and flooring. Otterbeck Builders will be installing new drywall after updated electrical, plumbing, and gas line along with installation of new cabinetry, base trim, doors and door trim.

Otterbeck will also be installing new kitchen cabinetry, tile backsplash, trim work and patch siding in around new windows.

Otterbeck Builders will be remodeling an existing kitchen which will be re-located along with the laundry room. Re-locate and install new vinyl windows and new cabinets, counter-tops, trims, hardwood and tile flooring and build a pantry for additional storage.
