This letter is being written on behalf of one of your carpenters, whose name is Joe T. This is the second job that Otterbeck Builders has sent Joe to our home for repairs. Joe is one of the best carpenters my husband and I have met. He has a high level of detail and dedication to his work. The new deck he built for us is perfect. There was not one thing that needed repair or adjustment. The same is said for our new outer doors as well as the rest of the job. Joe was also very polite and respectable. I have two young children so this was appreciated. He also informed me of what work was being performed on what days. To say we were pleased with his work would not be saying enough. We look forward to working with Joe and Otterbeck Builders in the future.
