Morris - Detached Garage - Finished

Otterbeck Builders will be excavating for a new detached 16x20 garage. The garage will be fully finished on the interior with electric, insulation, drywall, and painted. The exterior will have white vinyl windows, vinyl dutchlap siding w/ brown soffits and fascia and an electric garage overhead door.

Remia - Two Car Garage Build & House Re-Side - Finished

Otterbeck Builders will be demo'ing existing one car garage and re-building it as a 24x31 two car garage. We will also be re-siding the existing house ine new vinyl siding and vinyl shake in the gables.

Finn - Great Room & 2 Car Garage Addition - Finished

Otterbeck Builders will be excavating for a new 24' x 30' great room addition that will include vaulted knotty pine ceiling, hardwood floors and a wood burning fireplace. There will also be a 24' x 26' two car garage with a connected covered porch back to the existing house. The new additions and the existing house will also have a standing seam metal roof installed.

Cornell - Foundation Wall Repair -COMPLETE!

With removing the old block wall the upstairs living space needs to be supported with temporary 2x6 framing. The section of block wall which is being replaced, has been pushed inward due to the constant freezing/thawing effect over many years. With replacing the existing block wall, the new block wall with be thoroughly reinforced with rebar and a parging/tarring coating applied to the exterior of the wall to prevent future water infiltration. There will also be (2) vinyl basement sliding windows and a new steel entry door with PVC frame installed.
