Otterbeck Builders will be remodeling/updating 2 bathrooms within the home. First bathroom will be a hallway guest bathroom update. New tile flooring, new tub with onyx panel surround, vanity and top with a fresh coat of paint. The master bathroom will be a partial gut down to the studs to make a new tile shower space where an existing soaker tub was. New tile floor, vanities/storage tower and granite countertops.

Otterbeck Builders will be demo'ing the existing bathroom down to the studs. Re-roughing, electrical, plumbing and adding a linen closet to the space. There will be tile halfways, tile above the tub area and tile on the floor.

Otterbeck Builders will be gutting an existing second floor room to the studs and joists, removing all insulation in the ceiling and exterior wall. Otterbeck Builders will be roughing in new plumbing for a fiberglass shower/surround, new vanity and toilet and new electrical work. Otterbeck Builders will be installing new insulation, sheetrock, paint, flooring and trimwork.

Otterbeck Builders is remodeling one half of the existing house and creating two bedroom suites. One will be a master bedroom with a walk in closet/built-ins.. In the bathroom there will be a heated tile floor that transitions to a curb less style shower stall with a granite accent wall. There will be double vanities with vessel sinks, storage pantry's on each side, lighted medicine cabinets. In the second guest suite there will be a tile main floor with a curb less tile shower stall. There will also be sand and finish hardwood flooring install in the main rooms.

Otterbeck Builders will be demo'ing everything down to the existing studs. There will be new electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall/paint and tile floors and tub surround.
